Jaclyn Joyce
About
Jaclyn Joyce litigates all areas of employment law in both state and federal court. Her litigation practice focuses on representative and class actions centered on wage and hour issues, misclassification, and unfair business practices. Ms. Joyce has practiced law since 2012, and has represented clients through all stages of litigation. She has handled matters before the California Civil Rights Department, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and also has extensive experience conducting workplace investigations.
Prior to joining Zakay Law Group, Ms. Joyce practiced law in Los Angeles and Camarillo, CA. She is experienced and knowledgeable in matters involving discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation, employer trade secrets, unfair competition, tortious interference, breach of contract, and wage and hour violations.
Ms. Joyce earned degrees from Northwestern University in both Political Science and Psychology, and earned her Juris Doctor from the UCLA School of Law. She is admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States District Court for the Central District and Southern District of California.
